Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established and growing clinic in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin . Located in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Greater Green Bay area, this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a team-based, patient-centered environment that values provider wellness, clinical excellence, and strong community connections.
Our Ashwaubenon clinic offers a collaborative culture, experienced support staff, and convenient access to specialty care, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enjoying an outstanding quality of life.
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
32 patient-facing hours
Typically a 4-day work week
Manageable patient panel with opportunity for growth
Outpatient Family Medicine
OB opportunities available , not required
Care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatrics)
Team-Based Care Model designed to support efficiency and provider satisfaction
Collaborative environment with experienced physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families throughout the community
Onsite Services
Laboratory services
Access to imaging and specialty care throughout the Emplify Health by Bellin network
Integrated care model with regional specialty support
EMR: EPIC

Two-year compensation guarantee (if applicable)
CME
$5,000 annual stipend
80 hours CME time
Paid Time Off
200+ hours annually (increases after guarantee period)
