Join a High-Performing, Patient-Centered Team
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established team at the Bellevue Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong interdisciplinary support and access to comprehensive onsite services.
Position Highlights
Full-time opportunity
40hrs/wk
Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Call coverage: 1:35Approximately 0-1 weeknight per month
Typically 2-3 weekends per year
Urgent Care located onsite
Opportunity to work with and teach medical students
OB opportunities available, not required
Ideal Candidate
Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
Interested in practicing within a collaborative, team-based environment
Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
