Family Medicine Physician - Howard Clinic
Location: 2714 Riverview Dr, Howard, WI 54313

Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our respected team at the Howard Clinic . This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environment while making a meaningful impact in a thriving community.
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: 40 hours/week Minimum of 32 patient-facing hours
Typically 4 days per week
Call: 1:35 rotation
No weekends or holidays (except limited call coverage)
OB opportunities available, not required
Compensation & Benefits
2-year guaranteed compensation
Paid Time Off: 200 hours/year during guarantee
264 hours/year after guarantee
CME: $5,000 annual stipend
80 hours of CME time
Relocation assistance up to $12,000
