Job DescriptionInpatient Cardiology | Predictable Schedule
\ N Growing Midwest Metro
\ N Position Highlights:
\ N Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule , 7am start , and typical mid-afternoon finish
\ N Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10–12 patients , supported by a robust team
\ N Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call during "on" week
\ N Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding
\ N
Compensation & Benefits:
\ N Guaranteed Base: $614,904 with $61,000 in Incentive Bonus
\ N Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
\ N Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage
\ N Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance + EPIC EMR

Qualifications:
\ N Degree: MD / DO
\ N Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
\ N Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
\ N Experience: Open to new grads and experienced physicians
\ N Sponsorship: N/A
