Position Highlights
\ N Work-LifeBalance: 4-day workweek with no call or nights
\ N Supportive TeamCulture: Medium-sized, well-established cardiology group with a collaborative team of non-invasive, interventional, and EP specialists
\ N Mangeable Volumes: Average 18–22 patients/day
\ N Growing Practice: Clinic-based practice with 2 satellite locations;
Expanding services—plans to add cardiac MRI
\ N Compensation & Benefits
\ N $700,000 Total Package Year One! \ N Base Salary : $600,000+ (2-year guarantee)
\ N Productivity Bonus: $63/wRVU paid quarterly
\ N Commencement Package: $50,000 ($30k sign-on + $20k relocation)
\ N
Paid Time Off: 6 weeks PTO (vacation, CME, sick)
\ N CME Allowance: $4,000

\ N Degree: MD/DO
\ N Certification: Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology
\ N License: Eligible for NC licensure
\ N Experience: Open to both experienced and newly trained providers
