Work Dates Needed: ASAP- Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) / two days per week No weekends Worksite Setting: Outpatient Willard Correction Facility Scope of Work: Manage general cardiology needs at correctional ward Average 10ppd Potential need for support at various DOC sites within CT via UConn Health Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ, BC, DEA/CSR, drive in candidates preferred, clean files preferred for temps EMR: Epic
