Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist Shifts in DelawareThis hospital is a one-stop shop for cardiology, cardiac and vascular surgery, vascular interventional radiology, and interventional nephrology. They have recently been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the best hospital in the state, and HealthGrades presented the hospital with the Cardiac Care Excellence Award and ranked them as one of Americas 100 Best for Cardiac Care.DetailsWeekday and weekend shifts availableOnsite loosely from 8:00a-5:00p leave after rounds, then phone call coverage in the eveningOnsite Responsibilities: Rounding on 12-17 patients, plus consults. No procedures.Nightly calls: 0-2 outpatient calls, 8 inpatient calls/texts typically from CCU on hemodynamic related management decisions, fellows regarding floor patients, incoming transfers, and HF service admissions as needed, and sometimes the VAD NP will call if urgentRequirementsCertifications: BC/BE Cardiology, and preferably fellowship trained in Advanced Heart FailureLicenses: Active DE license and DEA are ideal or an active license in the interstate compact Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive daily payMalpractice with tail providedWe will cover travel and comfortable lodging if not local Your choice of hotel or AirBnB!At physician-owned Moonlighting Solutions, we provide each moonlighter with a smooth in-house credentialing process, coverage of malpractice plus tail, direct deposit, and often cover costs for travel, lodging and some licenses.
