Inpatient Cardiology Predictable Schedule Growing Midwest Metro Position Highlights : Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule , 7am start , and typical mid-afternoon finish Cover two hospitals with an average census of 1012 patients , supported by a robust team Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call during 'on' week Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding Compensation & Benefits : Guaranteed Base: $614,904 with $61,000 in Incentive Bonus Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance + EPIC EMR Qualifications : Degree:MD / DO Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one Experience: Open to new grads and experienced physicians Sponsorship: N/A About the Community Top Ranked Location: Convenient access to Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay , with easy regional travel and proximity to lakes, parks, and outdoor activities.
