Job DescriptionInterventional Cardiologist - Kinston, NC ### The OpportunitySeeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiology program in Kinston, NC — a full-time, employed position with a brand-new cath lab and the opportunity to help build interventional services for a community with significant patient need. Position available due to planned replacement, with flexibility for start date and scope of practice.Open to experienced physicians and new graduates with strong institutional support.### Practice Details
\ N Mix of Interventional and General Cardiology depending on candidate interest and skill set
\ N Procedures include PCI,with future plans for STEMI coverage and potential growth in
peripheral and structural heart services\ N Join a team of 1 Interventional Cardiologist, 2 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, and APP support
with plans to add additional APP coverage\ N APPs manage their own clinic panels and support inpatient consults
\ N New cath lab equipped with Philips Azurion technology, Shockwave, pacemakers, and stents
\ N No onsite CV surgery;
transfer agreement in place with ECU Health in Greenville
\ N Beeper call only — noin-house call required
\ N 14 days of call shared with cardiology partners and community providers
Typical Schedule: \ N Clinic five days per week
\ N One blocked procedure morning
\ N Average 26 patients perday
\ N 4 hours of protected administrative time

### Qualifications\ N Board Eligible or BoardCertified in Interventional Cardiology
