Schedule/Availability Requirements:2 weeks per month starting in January and ongoingFacility is in need of an interventional cardiologist locums for ongoing coverage. Provider will be in clinic (if interested, not a deal breaker) and also taking call. Call varies - if not on call provider will be rounding and doing procedures. The interventional is to help with procedures and rounds and night call at the hospital. Must be able to read ECHOSCase volumes per day or patients per day?Caths - /monthEKG's /moEcho's /moHolters /moPeripheral Vascular /moNM /moCardioversions 45-50 4/mo EMR-EPICFacility Size-175 bedWhat is the shift structure/Job description Monday thru Friday inpatient Rounds - Average Census 8-10APP and Hospitalist assistancePerform add on cath procedures, mainly inpatients, with an average of 8-9/weekSaturday and Sunday inpatient RoundsAverage Census 6-7APP and Hospitalist AssistanceCall ResponsibilitiesSTEMI call Clinic 8-4 Monday through Friday (on days that not covering inpatient service)Submission RequirementsBoard Certified Interventional Cardiology - REQUIRED NE license or active IMLC - HIGHLY PREFERRED Case logs and CV with work history (name of hospital and month/year) required at time of presentation - client will require before interviewing/offering provider - REQUIRED
