Update on Coverage:Patients per day - change from 2-4 to 5-10. Practice Type - Include non-invasiveCase Load - Non-invasive - 20%; Invasive 40%, interventional 40%Please mark Nuclear cardiology as preferred. ACLS/BLS is requiredLocums must be able to do TEEs. Must have a Pennsylvania DEA Must have a Pennsylvania state licenseMust have malpractice insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000 in indemnity limits per occurrence and $3,000,000 in indemnity in the aggregate and DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center must be listed as the certificate holder Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residencyPractice Description Attached.
