Job Description
Job Title: Cardiologist

Experience: Minimum years of experience in cardiovascular disease services within the last 24 months.
License: Candidate must be licensed, with a preference for specific state and interstate licensing.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Must-Have: Applicant must provide documentation of cardiovascular disease services performed in the past 24 months, unless exempt due to recent training completion.
Description:
The position is for a Cardiologist in an outpatient setting.
The expected duration of the assignment is six months.
The role requires coverage of 4-5 days per month, from Monday to Friday.
The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics.
The average patient load is 14-16 per day.
There are no call requirements for this position.
The candidate will work solo, supported by a multidisciplinary team including family medicine, OB-GYN, pediatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery.
No rounding or admissions are required.
Necessary procedures are not specified.
The candidate must provide documentation regarding their clinical activity related to cardiovascular disease services.
This documentation should represent the complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
This requirement is waived for applicants who have completed training within the last year.
There are no other cardiologists available on the site.

There is no requirement for weekend coverage or float shifts.
