Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Night call 5:00am - 7:00pm 24 hour weekend callPractice Setting: HospitalType of cases; required procedures: General Cardiology casesCredentialing timeframe: 30-60 daysElectronic Medical Record (EMR): EpicCertifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS)Licensure required: Active Wisconsin license60 days to credential
