Job DescriptionA financially strong, independent nonprofit health system in a scenic Ozark region with easy access to Northwest Arkansas metros is seeking a BE/BC Non-Invasive Cardiologist to build and lead the entire cardiology program. This is a rare opportunity to be the sole cardiologist in a high-demand market, allowing you to practice broadly without sending patients out. The ideal candidates for this position support or currently practice in rural medicine.\ N
Hospital Employee. Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio. Loan Forgiveness available. Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided. Year 1 Total: ~$835K | Ongoing ~$888K+ potential. $736K base (year 1), strong incentive upside thereafter. $35K sign-on + $30K commencement + retention bonus. Be the only cardiologist with zero internal competition. APP support + established cardiac rehab program.
