Locum Tenens Opportunity for Internal Medicine - Cardiology Near O'Brien, OR Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Providers Requested: 1 Provider Title: Physician Provider Type: Internal Medicine - Cardiology EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Patients Per Shift: 12 Practice Details: Board Certification Requirement: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Certified ABLS Certification: No ACLS Certification: Yes BLS Certification: Yes Trauma Level: 3 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 0 days Description/Other Details: Specialty: General Non-Invasive Cardiology Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic only (8 am-5 pm) Flexibility: We are flexible, so if the provider is only available for 4 days, we would consider. No Privileges Required: Privileges are not required, and we will consider non-licensed candidates. However, licensed candidates are preferred. Licensing Note: If the candidate is unlicensed, it will take 90 days to obtain, so the start date will be closer to the end of May or beginning of June.
