Job description
- Opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist - The current team is comprised of one cardiac surgeon, one interventional cardiologist, one electrophysiologist, and one cardiac anesthesiologist - Program expansion plans include two full-time anesthesiologists, more surgeons and interventional cardiologists. - At this stage, the second anesthesiologist will be involved in cardiac cases and general anesthesia cases alongside 11 other anesthesiologists. - No in-house overnight call; Calls will be taken from home and shared among the anesthesia group - Competitive compensation package - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance - Retirement savings plan with employer automatic contribution and employer match. - Malpractice insurance & tail coverage - Generous paid time-off allowance - Commuter Benefits- tax-free transit or parking - CME time and money - Relocation assistance - Immigration support - Supportive health system to advance goals - Requires 3+ years of experience working in a well-established pediatric cardiac program;completion of pediatric anesthesiology fellowship; preferably including a dedicated one-year pediatric cardiac anesthesia fellowship; board certification or board eligibility in pediatric anesthesiology.
