Job description
2 Locums. Saturday and Sunday rounding , pager call 24 hours from 800 Saturday to 800 Sunday. Expectation commonly 10-20 patients seeing both follow up and consults rarely extending to 25 total encounters. Echos, stresses and ecgs reading split among 2 Locums.Saturday/Sunday 24 hoursWhat support staff is available -RNs, APPsAge of patients -18+ (no PEDs)Inpatient /Outpatient -Inpatient/HospitalRoundingYesAverage Number of Admissions per shift -10-20 consults per shift (mix of follow and consults).Beds in the Department700+ of beds in hospital (rounding in multiple depts/floors)Admissions RequiredYes (1 or less weekly.
