Job Description Specialty: Cardiology, General
Location: Near BURLISON, TN, USA
Hospital Employed: Join a 170+ provider practice dedicated to building an integrated heart and vascular practice. Collaborate with established cardiothoracic surgery and electrophysiology providers.
Practice Setting: Located on the campus of a tertiary care system, providing patient care to the regional service area.
Practice Overview Integrated Care: Provide comprehensive cardiac care within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Ancillary Testing: Access onsite ancillary testing facilities including EKG, ECHO, stress lab, etc., conveniently located within the clinic.
APP Support: Benefit from advanced practice provider (APP) support for both clinic and acute care settings.
Cardiac Cath Labs: Utilize six state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
STEMI Call Program: Contribute to an established STEMI call program ensuring prompt and effective response to cardiac emergencies.
Compensation Model Year 1: Fixed salary based on sub-specialty.
Years 2 and 3: Transition to WRVU productivity-based compensation model.
Hospital Overview 642-bed Tertiary Care Facility: Join a robust healthcare system equipped with advanced medical resources and technologies.
400+ Physicians on Active Staff: Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence in patient care.
100,000+ ER Visits Annually: Serve a high-volume patient population in an acute care setting.
Service Area: Cover a 19-county service area with more than 550,000 covered lives.
Hospital EMR: Utilize the CERNER EMR system with plans for transitioning to EPIC.
Additional Hospital Resources Advanced Hospitalist Program: Access a comprehensive hospitalist program for the medical management of admitted patients.
LTACH On-Site: Provide continuity of care for patients requiring long-term acute care services.
