Requirements:
Board certified or board Eligible in Cardiology
If board eligible kindly state date of graduation
Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
CPR - (must be obtained prior to start)
DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
CPR for Healthcare providers
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat conditions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
CPR for Healthcare Providers
Valid Vermont medical license
Valid Vermont DEA license
Board certification or eligibility in appropriate governing body
CPR
Board Certified
