Quick Facts Location: Ronceverte, WV Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 05/03/2027 Shift: 24-hour call; Clinic hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Hours/week: 40 hours (plus call) Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: WV Medical License, DEA, Board Certification in Cardiology Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiology, including EKGs, nuclear stress tests, TEEs, pacemaker checks Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $ Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You ll Do Evaluate and manage both new and established cardiology patients Perform cardiac risk assessments, EKGs, Holter monitor placements, and pacemaker checks Supervise and interpret EKGs, treadmill stress tests, nuclear stress testing, TEEs, cardioversions Support a dynamic clinical team providing high-quality patient care Participate in hospital call coverage with minimal night-time calls Collaborate with support staff including techs and RNs Document care efficiently using the EMR system What You Need Required: WV Medical License and DEA Board Certification in Cardiology 2+ years of cardiology experience Skills in EKG analysis, TEE procedures, nuclear stress tests Compliance with vaccination requirements (including COVID-19) Preferred: Experience with pacemaker management, Holter monitors, stress testing About the Assignment This locum cardiology role at a leading facility in Ronceverte involves comprehensive cardiac evaluation and management of adult patients.
