Physician – Cardiothoracic Surgery in South Carolina

Job Setting: Outpatient, No Call
Types of Cases: General CV/Thoracic Surgery (Open & Endoscopic)
Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (On-pump & Off-pump / CABG)
Congenital Defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.)
Valvular Repair & Replacement
Aneurysm Repair (Cardiac & Aorto-Thoracic)
Lung Resection (including VATs)
Chest Wall or Pleural Procedures
Esophagus and Diaphragm Surgeries
Permanent Pacemaker Placement
AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator)
Left Ventricular Assist Devices
TAVR
Vent Management
Bronchoscopy
Evaluation & Management of Acute Vol/BP Issues
Insertion of Central Line, Arterial Line, PA Catheter, and IABP
General Vascular Surgery (Open & Endovascular)
Aneurysm Repair – Aorto-Abdominal
Bypass Procedures – Aorto-Femoral/Iliac, Fem-Pop
Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal)
Subclavian Steal Procedure
Credentialing: Temporary privileges are not available. Provider decision required prior to start.
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
Licensure: Must be licensed in South Carolina only (IMLC not accepted)
