Radius Staffing Solutions' client in Northwestern Illinois is seeking a Laboratory Director for their acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Med Tech experience and previous leadership experience. Charming community seeing growth in economy while boasting low cost of living. Responsibilities of the Laboratory Director
* Responsible for personnel, financial and technical integrity of the Lab Department
* Overseeing quality patient care, professionalism and staff development.
Requirements of the Laboratory Director
* 3 years of MT experience
* Leadership experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* ASCP cert as a Med Tech
