nnnFull Time Schedules
n
nnSome weekends may be required
n
nn8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
n
nnContract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
n
nnMon-Fri
n
n nDuties:
nnnWork with the primary healthcare team to provide patients with primary medical care services
n
nnOrder laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
n
nnAnalyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options
n
nnPrescribe pharmaceuticals, medications and treatment regimens for medical conditions
n
nnDiscuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients
n
nnProvide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to treat the health issue they are experiencing
n
nnAdhere to departmental policies, procedures and objectives
n
nnMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws
n
nnRecord complete, timely and legible medical records
n
n n**Minimum Qualifications **
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnMinimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a Physician.
n
nnCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
n
