nAbout the Role:
nClifton Burt Pain, PC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our dedicated medical team in Clifton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.
nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with pain-related conditions
nPerform thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results
nPrescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care in compliance with clinical guidelines
nCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including specialists, nurses, and support staff
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
nEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and pain management strategies
nPerform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS)
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
nValid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license
nBoard certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (Pain Management, PM&R, or related field preferred)
nDEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances
nStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
nExperience with EMR systems and maintaining thorough medical documentation
