n nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnManage end-to-end processing for network medical director agreements to ensure full compliance and alignment with health system standards.
n
nnMaintain the physician contract database by tracking progress, auditing records for accuracy and setting automated reminders for upcoming renewals and expirations.
n
nnCollaborate with legal, clinical and executive leadership during regular meetings and project reviews to resolve outstanding contract requests and carry-over action items.
n
nnDrive physician contracting projects from initiation to completion while maintaining a thorough, working knowledge of contract terms and regulatory guidelines.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nEducation:
nnnHigh School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
n
nnProven Contract Literacy: Deep, functional understanding of contract structure, legal language, and execution workflows (direct background in healthcare or physician contracts is strongly preferred).
n
nnHigh-Acuity Database & Technical Agility: Hands-on experience managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) databases, setting up automated tracking systems, and maintaining high data accuracy.
n
nnFast-Paced Multitasking & Priority Command: Exceptional organizational skills to manage carry-over worklists, high-volume email queues, and competing project deadlines effortlessly.
n
nnProactive & Quick-Learning Mindset: A highly dependable, agile self-starter who learns systems rapidly, anticipates contract expiration timelines, and pivots quickly when priorities change.
n
nnElite Professional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with health system leadership, legal counsel, and physician stakeholders.
