This role supports contracting activities, reporting, recruitment efforts, and administrative functions while helping ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the contracting process.Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree in a related field and two (2) years of physician contracting and/or provider compensation experienceBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and six (6) months of relevant experienceParalegal background/certification and one (1) year of healthcare experiencePosition DetailsLocation: BayCare Medical Group Administration- Concourse Center, Tampa FLStatus: Full TimeShift: Days (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Remote Work: Hybrid- Report onsite every TuesdayWeekend Work: NoneOn Call: NoBayCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
