Specialty: Internal Medicine - Critical Care MedicineStart date: Oct End date: OngoingCoverage type: Call OnlySchedule: Coverage Needed:Critical Care Medicine Date:Call Coverage8a-8a Oct 10th -Oct 19th amPlease only submit providers available for the dates listed.Must have an Active MT state license or able to obtain within a week.Clean Malpractice preferred for quick turnaround with credentialing. Please include all malpractice claims on bid presentations if pertaining to the provider.Board certified in Critical Care Medicine; residency trained but not board certified within 3 years of residencyInternal medicine, critical care intensivist, consultation onlyRequired Critical care procedures: Dialysis catheter placement, diagnostic and therapeutic taps lumbar puncture, paracentesisRequired pulmonary procedures: Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive), diagnostic bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, central and arterial line insertion, thoracentesis8 bed adult ICU with 5 bed PCU plus 4 overflow beds24/7 call with minimum 4 hours patient roundingHospitalists admit all patientsAncillary staff includes: 24/7 hospitalist team, cardiology, nephrology service line providersTransfer center coordinates all transfers from Western Montana to Eastern IdahoACLS requiredPatients per shift: 7No of beds : 13Minimum Board Certification: BEEMR System: Cerner
