Job Title
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Outpatient and electronic consultation services related to gastroenterology and hepatology.
Overseeing the administration of conscious sedation.
Performing standard GI procedures such as EGD (upper endoscopy), colonoscopies, and other procedures.
The incumbent should be able to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with gastrointestinal diseases according to standard, usual, and acceptable methods, and techniques.
Ability to work in collaboration with gastroenterology advance practice provider(s) throughout the Orlando Healthcare System.
Work alongside the chief of gastroenterology and support the sections administrative duties.
Supervise the outpatient activities of the section of gastroenterology.
Supervise the activities of the advanced practice provider(s).
Assist the section Chief in addressing congressional, patient's complaints, discipline staff, arrange coverage, and/or manage the daily activities of the section.

50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)

1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification)

Monday through Friday, 08:00am - 04:30pm
