Job description
Physician - Dermatologist
JOB TITLE: Dermatologist MGH Dermatology
DEPARTMENT: MH DERMATOLOGY
EXEMPT FROM OVERTIME: Yes
JOB SUMMARY: The physician provides dermatology care in an outpatient setting. Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within dermatology services. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in dermatology
Experience/Physical Requirements:
Experience in group practice and/or clinic setting preferred
Licensure/Certification: Current unrestricted West Virginia licensure. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Dermatology services

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and document all applicable required education and job knowledge ensuring licensure, credentials and continuing education are actively maintained and timely.
Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations.
Comply with the company's attendance policy.
Participate in the continuous, quality improvement activities of the department and institution.
Perform work in a cost effective manner.
Attend mandatory in-service, staff meetings and medical staff meetings as required.
Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization.
Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable.
Completes all required competencies on time.
Perform related duties as assigned.
