Job DescriptionGeneral Dermatologist – Eastern North Carolina
100% Physician-Owned Independent Group | Multiple Locations | Partnership Track
An independent, fully physician-owned dermatology group is expanding its physician team across eastern North Carolina. Nine partners own the practice. All clinic properties are owned by the group’s LLC. Operates an in-house full-service dermatopathology lab, and has established Mohs and cosmetics infrastructure at select sites.
Practice environment
Modern clinics with private pods and room to grow a panel
Employed dermatopathologist on site and available to new physicians
Surgical work stays with the physicians (PAs do not perform excisions)
Competitive guaranteed compensation, with partnership in a physician-owned group
Established referral position across an 11–13 county service area
Multiple clinic locations. Single-site or multi-site schedules available depending on preference.
Ideal candidate
Board-certified or board-eligible general dermatologist. Comfortable with medical and surgical dermatology. Interest in building a long-term practice with a path to partnership.
