Job Description:* Full Time, 30+ hours* Monday-Friday to cover office hours* Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.* Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.* Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.* Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.* Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology--- Qualifications:* Board Certified with an active state license* Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program* Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.* Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.--- Benefits:* Highly competitive compensation model.* Comprehensive health benefits package, including 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts.* Flexible and supportive work environment* Experienced leadership and support staff.* Recognition and rewards programs.* Access to many of the nation's top dermatologists* Access to the latest technologies and equipment* Advanced training programs and education * Highly competitive reimbursement rates--- About the Area: Kentfield, CA, with a population of around 7,000 residents, is a welcoming community located in Marin County, just north of San Francisco. Estimated pay range/amount is $300,000 to $545,000.
