Job DescriptionDermatology opening near Honolulu, HI * Located in *Mililani, HI * - just 20 minutes Honolulu* Full-time, permanent opening* Private practice* Joining a well-established, provider-focused group* 3 Physicians, including a Mohs Surgeon, & 3 PAs* Schedule: 4.5 days/week, but open to 4 days/week* Clinic hours: 8am 5pm* Great quality of life with work/life balance* Infrastructure in place to set yourself up and run your own show* Office space readily available* Tremendous amount of aesthetic equipment available, but not required* Digital dermpath* Great weather & great schools for an excellent price!Compensation package: * Comp: $400k guarantee or 40% of collections up to $1M; 45% of collections after $1M* Equity Partnership: 2 years to partnership (buy-in, can use ownership profits)* Relocation: $20k* Commencement bonus: $20k - $25k* Student loan repayment negotiable; potential for up to 5 years, $20k/year*Love your job; love your life! *
