Job DescriptionDermatologist Opportunity in Port Townsend, WA Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Medical Dermatologist to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with autonomy, strong support, and a focus on high-quality patient care. Position Highlights Full-time, outpatient dermatology practice Four-day work week: four 10-hour days (8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time) Base salary $450,000–$750,000 DOE plus RVU and variable incentives Sign-on bonus eligible Generous comprehensive benefits package with top-tier insurance and retirement contributions Annual CME allowance and education loan reimbursement via WSAC Single location with fully integrated Epic EMR system Opportunity for Mohs surgery if applicable Collaborative team: two Dermatologists and two Dermatology APPs Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for a diverse patient population Perform office-based procedures and dermatologic surgeries as indicated Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Strong clinical skills with patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to rural community practice Community Highlights – Port Townsend, WA Nationally recognized Victorian seaport with historic waterfront and thriving arts scene Renowned wooden boat culture and year-round festivals for film, music, and maritime heritage Proximity to Puget Sound and Olympic National Park for hiking, kayaking, sailing, cycling, and wildlife viewing Walkable downtown with vibrant farmers markets, local restaurants, and strong community connections Scenic ferry access to Seattle and nearby urban amenities Small-town warmth with cultural richness and coastal beauty Estimated pay range/amount is $ -$ per year.
