Job Description:* Only 32 patient hours required (Weekends not required)* Provide high-quality dermatology care to patients in both medical and cosmetic dermatology settings* Perform dermatological procedures, including Mohs surgery, as needed* Collaborate with experienced leadership and support staff to ensure excellent patient care* Uphold our mission to deliver the ultimate patient experience by prioritizing short wait times, convenient appointment scheduling, and easy access to care* Utilize the latest technologies and equipment to provide cutting-edge treatments and services* Participate in advanced training programs and educational opportunities provided by the company--- Comp/Benefits Info: * Highly competitive compensation model* Base Salary: $400,000 - $500,000+* Productivity 40%* Sign-on bonus (depending on location and length of contract - $50,000+)* 20 PTO days year 1* 5 CME days* Comprehensive health benefits package, including 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts* Flexible scheduling options available* Access to experienced leadership and support staff* Recognition and rewards programs* Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive work environment --- About the Area:Suffern, NY, with a population of around 12,000 residents, is a charming and welcoming community located in Rockland County in the lower Hudson Valley.
