JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Profession: Physician Specialty: Dermatology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144 Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Nov 09, 2026 Feb 26, 2027 Shift Schedule: Mon Fri, 8a 5p Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 24 patients/day FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No Temporary Privileges Available: No REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required Outpatient Biopsy Excision Electrodesiccation (W/curettage) Cryosurgery Dermabrasion Preferred Phototherapy (Ultraviolet light, Non-augmented UVB, PUVA, Photopheresis) Vein Surgery Mohs Micrographic Skin flaps/grafts JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE Licenses: GA Certifications: BLS Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology services to patients Perform skin biopsies, excisions, and surgical procedures Conduct dermatologic procedures including cryosurgery, electrodessication, and dermabrasion Evaluate and treat various dermatologic conditions in a clinical setting Document all patient encounters and procedures in Epic EMR system
