Join our premier Primary Care facility dedicated to delivering top-tier healthcare and providing an exceptional patient experience. We are expanding our services to include dermatology to meet the growing needs of our patients. Job Overview: Position: Part-time with potential for Full-time Responsibilities: Provide dermatological services with the possibility of growing into a full dermatology practice. Operational Details & Scheduling: Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available) On-call Responsibilities: Availability to answer clinical questions via phone when not on duty Qualifications: Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible with certification required before commencing work Coding Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ICD codes and E/M coding guidelines Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and excellent bedside manner Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive, based on hours and days worked Part-time Benefits: 401K Full-time Benefits: Full benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance Additional Benefits: Productivity bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance packages, 401K with employer match, license and certification fee reimbursement, generous PTO, paid major holidays, and student loan repayment assistance Join a community where work-life balance is a way of life.
