Dermatology Physician Round Rock, Texas Overview Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Dermatologist in the Greater Austin, TX area to help launch and grow a new dermatology service line within a mission-driven, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This is a bread-and-butter general dermatology position offering a highly desirable outpatient-only, weekday schedule with no call and no weekends . ?Practice Highlights 100% Outpatient Dermatology Monday Friday schedule No call, no weekends Up to 24 patients per day (20-minute visit slots) 3 exam rooms per provider + private office Focus on medical/general dermatology (rashes, chronic skin conditions) Basic in-office procedures (biopsies, etc.) Procedures scheduled separately (not same-day) Fully supported environment: Dedicated RN, MA, front desk, and clinic operations staff EMR: Athena Opportunity to help build a dermatology program from the ground up Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary: $381,000 $474,000 (based on experience) Guaranteed for 1218 months Production incentive model available Sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview) Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Medical, Dental, Vision benefits Malpractice with tail coverage (Federal Tort coverage through FQHC) PTO: 3 weeks Sick leave: 6 days 7 paid holidays CME: $2,500 + 5 days annually 403(b) retirement plan Preferred Qualifications BE/BC in Dermatology Open to experienced physicians and select new graduates 23 years of experience preferred Spanish speaking a plus Visa support considered (J-1 / H-1B) About Round Rock, TX Easy access to Austins dining, music, and cultural scene Family-friendly communities and top-rated public schools Affordable housing compared to major metro areas Thriving local economy with major employers Outdoor recreation year-round: Parks, trails, lakes, and nearby Hill Country Great weather and central Texas charm Whether you're looking to raise a family, enjoy an active lifestyle, or stay connected to a vibrant metro area without the congestion, Round Rock delivers an exceptional quality of life .
