Emergency Medicine Physician Night Shifts Eureka, CA Looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity in a leading healthcare facility in Eureka, California? Quick Facts Location: Eureka, California Start Date: ASAP / negotiable End Date: Open-ended / Permanent placement Shift: Night shifts (9:00 PM 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM 8:00 AM) Hours/week: 36+ hours Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time License/Certs: Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one Experience: Prior emergency medicine experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: pay details are provided as per client record, typically to be discussed upon application) Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; other benefits typically include malpractice insurance, potential licensing assistance, and credentialing support What You ll Do Provide emergency medical care to patients in a busy hospital setting Perform thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute cases Collaborate with medical team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital standards Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures during night shifts Support patient transitions and follow-up procedures as needed What You Need Active California state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Emergency Medicine or appropriate residency certification (if applicable) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently during night hours Commitment to providing compassionate, quality emergency care About the Assignment Join a prominent healthcare facility located in Eureka, California, known for its community-focused care and supportive environment.
