Job description
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join a fast-paced emergency department serving the High Desert community in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy practicing in a dynamic environment while making a meaningful impact in an underserved patient population.
Responsibilities Emergency Medicine " Night Shift position / day shiftavailable also12-hour shifts: 6:00 PM " 6:00 AMPreferred schedule of 6"8 shifts per monthOpen to full-time, part-time, and per-diem candidatesDay shift opportunities also available1099 Independent Contractor positionPerform emergency procedures including intubations, chest tube placement, and central line insertionServe a diverse patient population in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (preferred)Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room experience requiredCurrent ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications requiredStrong procedural skills and ability to work independently in a high-acuity setting Compensation Hourly compensation ranging from $260"$300 per hour Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, and vision coverageTuition reimbursementAdditional voluntary benefit options Benefits may vary based on employment status and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
