- 12 hr. Shifts\ N
- APP support
- Expedited Credentialing\ N
- Level V
\ NFTE Base Compensation & Bonus:\ N
- Base Comp = $315/hr. which is a Base of $305/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus\ N
- Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend\ N
- Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.\ N
- 12 hr. Shifts
\ N - CME = $5K annually
- Employer Paid Health Insurance (HSA Option)\ N
- 401K Safe-Harbor Plan: 3% Company Contribution\ N
