Job DescriptionEmergency Medicine opening - Dubuque, IA Located on the IA, IL, MN border - 92m to MadisonH1b Eligible*Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine*Position Details
\ N Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
\ N 126-bed, fully accredited hospital ®ional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services, but clinic and home services as well.
\ N Fully integrated systemwith clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities \ N Twelve 12-hour shifts/month
\ N Annual visit volume: 20,000-25,000
\ N 16 private treatment rooms: including 2 advanced trauma rooms, behavioral health rooms and a Gynecology room
\ N Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
\ N Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
\ N Excellent communication(written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
\ N Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling
Staffing Model: \ N Sunday - Tuesday: 1 MD and 2 APPs (10a-10p) and (4p-12a)
\ N Wednesday - Saturday: 1MD and 1APP (10a-10p)
Qualifications \ N Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
\ N Minimum of five (5) years of Emergency Medicine experience
\ N Previous Medical Director experience preferred
