\ NLocation: Midland, Michigan
\ NPosition Type: Physician
\ NPractice Setting: Emergency Department
\ NThis is an opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, independent emergency medicine group serving a growing community in Michigan.
Schedule & Availability\ NExpected Schedule: 12–13 ER shifts per month
\ NAdditional Shifts: Opportunities for additional shifts are available if desired
\ NCoverage: Physicians may be expected to provide coverage across multiple emergency departments within the surrounding area
Licensure & Certification Requirements\ NMedical Degree: U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent required
\ NBoard Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
\ NResidency: Completion of residency in one of the following:
\ N Emergency Medicine
\ N Family Medicine
Med/Peds
\ N Michigan Medical License: Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license
\ NControlled Substance License: Required
Practice Details\ N Join an established, private, independent, democratic emergency medicine group
\ N Long-standing emergencymedicine practice with more than 50 years of history
\ N First year structured as an employed physician
\ N Partnership opportunityavailable after one year
\ N Physicians will providecoverage at multiple emergency department locations
\ N Additional shifts may be available based on physician interest and community need
