Job DescriptionEmergency Medicine PhysicianLakewood Health System – Staples, Minnesota\ NJoin a high-performing rural healthcare team in the heart of Central Minnesota. Lakewood Health System is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide exceptional emergency care in our Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department.

Position Highlights\ N Rural Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department
\ N Level III Trama Center
\ N Approximately 9,000 annual ED visits
\ N Primarily night-shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
\ N 8–10 shifts per month
\ N One weekend per month required
\ N Broad scope emergency medicine practice
\ N Collaborative and supportive clinical environment
\ N Modern facilities with strong specialty support and transfer relationships
\ N Supported by an APP during higher volume times of the day and weekends
\ N Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in:\ N Emergency Medicine, or
\ N Family Medicine
\ N Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota
\ N Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
\ N Commitment to patient-centered rural healthcare
