Job DescriptionGreat opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Site Medical Director to lead a high-volume, award winning ED in downstate NY along the Hudson River - south of Poughkeepsie and north of White Plains.
\ N Emergency Medicine Residency trained and boarded only
\ N Must have at least 4-5 years exp as an ED Director or solid ED Assistant Director experience
\ N Will be required to work clinically - on avg 48-72 clinical hrs/month
\ N You will take call as required for all things related to the ED
\ N Responsible for the schedules
\ N 13 full time physiciansand 9 full time APP's
\ N Currently 2.3 patients per hour but purposely decreasing to 2.00 when new staffing model of 53 MD/day and 37 APP is implemented which is now
\ N $375-475K salary, startdate bonus of $60K for 2 yr commitment, holiday pay, 401k, Site Medical Director Stipend of $290K, and much more
