This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide clinical excellence, mentor physicians, and collaborate with hospital leadership to deliver outstanding pediatric emergency care.\ N

Opportunity Overview: \ N 14 private ED pediatric beds
\ N EMR: EPIC
\ N 24 hours pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage per day
\ N 10 hours of pediatric advanced practice clinician coverage per day
\ N Pediatric-trained nursing team
\ N Full pediatric and specialty support
\ N Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary of $190 to $220 per hour with an opportunity to earn incentives.\ N
Qualifications \ N Board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or pediatrics (ABP)
\ N Completion of a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship
\ N Specialty certificationin pediatric emergency medicine
\ N Prior leadership experience preferred
\ N Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\ N Commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, operations and education
