Durham 80mSeeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician or Family/Internal Medicine Physician with Emergency Medicine experience to join their team. * 26-bed Emergency Department with strong Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant support* Emergency Department includes a locked 6-bed psychiatric unit* 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage* Emergency Medicine provider team includes 8 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers* Full scope of services provided at hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Nephrology and Pediatrics* Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to level 1 trauma center* Telestroke support* Cardiac Cath Lab* Ability to live on Lake Gaston* Conveniently located between Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA* Family friendly community with an affordable cost of living* Excellent compensation and benefits package* Relocation assistance* In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.204-bed hospital that includes a medical staff of over 60 physicians.
