* Annual Patient Volume: 18,000

* 9 Patient Care Areas: 6 Rooms, 3 Upright Beds

* CT, X-ray Available

* EMR: Epic

* Physician Daily Coverage: 24 Hour

* APC Daily Coverage: 22 Hour: 12p-10p, 7p-7a

* Transfers to Atrium Health Floyd
