nWe are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for our Fargo, ND practice. In this role, you will partner with our skilled group of Physicians and NP/PAs to provide exceptional patient-focused care for the community of Fargo and its surrounding areas. If you are seeking a physician led practice with the ability to create meaningful connections amongst patients and colleagues, would appreciate a broad access to specialized services, strong Physician and APP support, and a work setting where compassion and empathy are absolute, then we want to talk to you.
nPRACTICE SPECIFICS
n• Level II Trauma Center
n• 133 all-private hospital rooms
n• Modern ED: 24 private rooms and 3 trauma bays
n• Annual ED volume: 36,000+ patient visits per year
n• 24-hour coverage; 12-hour shifts, 7am – 7pm, 8am – 8pm.
n• Double coverage 12/24 hours: 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm; 7pm-7am; 8pm-8am
n• Integrated NP/PA Model: 10am-10pm,12pm-12am. NP/PAs work autonomously within the ED
n• Admit to Essentia Hospital Fargo (attached); 133-all private bed hospital
n• 24/7 availability of all radiology modalities
n• 24/7 Interventional Neurology and cath lab availability
n• Comprehensive stroke center • ED POCUS integrated with PACS to save clinical images
n• Epic for EMR
n• ~90% shifts end on time
n• 100% of all time off requests granted

n nCOMPENSATION
n$246.51 an hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
