No state income tax.OVERVIEWDue to growth and expansion, Emergency Med group adding physiciansRotate between 2 community sites with annual volumes 20k-65k Main ED of 30-50 beds, Freestanding 16-25 bedsAvg patients/hr expected 1.5 -2 pph Epic EMR w/ PACS, Dragon & AI scribeCoverage model 70% physician/ 30% APCSupported by HUC (unit secretary), Tech : Surgical Specialists, Anesthesia, OBGYN) some IR Main site has Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, EP, OphthalmologyROLE 9 or 10-hour shifts; Some 12-hour shifts. Independent Contractor ModelMost physicians average 120-160hrs/monthWeekend / holiday/ night participation expected Procedures expected: endotracheal intubation -direct & video laryngoscopy, cricothyroidotomy, chest tube placement, central lines, IO placement, pericardiocentesis, needle thoracotomy, vaginal deliveries, laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal, full eye exam, POCUS/FAST exam, procedural sedationProductivity expectations: 1.6 -2.6 pphSupervision model: strong physician oversight of APCs1099 PACKAGE$240/hr AM, $250/hr Mid, $270/hr Night + BonusEarn up to $320 per hrProductivity RVU bonus paid quarterlySign-on bonusMalpractice with Tail Coverage
