Methodist Healthcare System is supporting recruitment for an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Fredericksburg, Texas, which is in the beautiful hill country and just an hour north of San Antonio, Texas. Qualified Candidates: • Must be BC/BE in EM (MD or DO) and EM residency trained • Strong communication skills • Expertise in the evaluation and management of acute medical emergencies • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and decision-making skills
Position Profile:
15,000 annual volume
Current 8-bed ED with 4 bed-expansion underway
24 hours daily physician coverage
Advanced Practice Provider coverage
Level IV Trauma
1099 position - up to 120 hours available
